If you word-process with Microsoft Word, you can download our Word Document Template for the IPM Legal Advisory Form.

When you create a new document based on this template, the form allows you to type the details of your promotion into form fields, without disrupting the form text. You may then print it out as a completed form, as you would any normal document.

If you are unable to use the template, access the printable Submission Form from your browser, print it out, and type over it.

Template Installation

The file you download, "IPM_LAS_Form_2010.dot", should be copied into the Templates subdirectory of your Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office installation. To find out where this directory is, start Word, and select the Options submenu, (Preferences on the Mac) which is in the Tools menu. Click on the File Locations tab, and select the "User templates" entry. This will tell you where to place the downloaded file.
Once you have copied the file to this location, you will find that when you select the "File...New" menu option in Word, "IPM_LAS_Form_2010.dot" appears as one of the options. If you select this, your new document will be based on this template, and you can type your submission details into it with no danger of changing the original template.
