Navigating HFSS: Rules, Rulings & What’s Next

It’s been eight months since the new HFSS (less healthy food) advertising restrictions came into force – and the ASA’s first rulings are now showing exactly where brands are getting it wrong.

Join us for the latest savi Academy webinar with Samuel Winterbourne, Regulatory Affairs Manager at The Institute of Promotional Marketing, who advises brands and agencies on marketing and advertising compliance day to day.

Sam will cover:

•  How legislation, the CAP Code and ASA enforcement fit together in practice
• Which campaigns are most likely to fall foul of the rules
• What the ASA’s first rulings under the new regime actually tell us – and who’s already fallen foul of them
• Common pitfalls – and practical tips for building marketing that still lands while staying on the right side of the rules

Our host, Amy Warren, Head of Sales at savi, will also share the latest data and insight from the world of rewards and couponing – giving you a live read on how shoppers are responding on the ground.

Who should join:

• Marketing & Brand Managers
• Shopper & Trade Activation Professionals
• CRM & Loyalty Marketers
• Agency partners working on FMCG accounts
• Anyone responsible for marketing or advertising sign-off on LHF products
