How we can help

As the only trade body sitting as part of the promotional marketing self-regulatory committee, we are well-versed in the legislation that governs non-broadcast promotional marketing. Our services are at the disposal of both members and non-members to help provide you with peace of mind for your upcoming campaign.

UK Legal Advisory Service

Our legal advisory team can help with:

  • Reviews or generation of T&Cs.
  • Reviewing all promotion materials and legalities.

Submit details of your promotion including all elements requiring review such as T&Cs and artwork. After review the IPM will aim to respond within 24 hours. Each case includes four written responses to address any queries relating to the advice given.

In addition, the IPM’s legal service can generate your T&Cs from a supplied brief. Turnaround is typically 24-48 hours but can vary depending on demand. Each case includes four responses to cover all questions and amends.

International Compliance Advice

We understand you may be running campaigns for clients in other countries. We offer a review service of international promotions, which cover Europe and international markets.

These are available to members and non-members and:

  • Cover liaison with local lawyers in each territory.
  • A process breakdown is provided.
  • Quotations are supplied upon request.

Turn around times for international campaigns can vary, please confirm the current lead times at time of enquiry. Where possible please allocate more time than usual.

IPM Verification Seal
