The CAP Code requires an independent judge for all competitions to ensure a fair and balanced process. Individuals connected to a promotion, including agency staff, aren’t considered independent, so the IPM’s judging service is the perfect solution to fulfil that obligation and ensure that any promotion involving subjective interpretation to decide a winner stays on the right side of the line. At the IPM, we recognise the importance of providing seamless access to promotional terms and conditions. Our T&C hosting service—available to both members and non-members—makes it simple to upload and share your campaign terms, ensuring entrants can easily access the information they need.
Please note that only T&Cs reviewed and approved by the IPM’s Legal Advisory Service are eligible for hosting. The hosting duration is tailored to each campaign and agreed upon with the IPM. Service charges apply.
